The full refurbishment of a Victorian terraced house in Hackney. The brief was to create something ‘minimal but not minimalist’ with an emphasis on restoring the original features whilst adding a contemporary, yet timeless extension. Spaces were opened up, staircases were reconfigured and dark spaces were flooded with natural light.

• External envelope design

• Thermal upgrade throughout

• Joinery design

• Coordination of clients interior finishes
